RCT 2012 FAMOUS CLIMBS OF ITALY CYCLING TRIP

REILLY CYCLING TOURS will provide a unique cycling holiday showcasing some of the most challenging climbs of the Italian Alps. This trip is based out of the alpine ski village of Livigno, where you will be staying in a stunning luxury chalet complex. Evenings are yours to explore this gorgeous village, enjoy the spa in the basement of your chalet, and try out your Italian on the locals!

ACCOMMODATION & MEALS at CHALET
Livigno is world-famous as both a skiing and cycling resort, and provides a fabulous home base for your exploration of the Italian Alps. Each rustic mountain chalet is equipped with a television, music center, and kitchenette, as well as a spa in the basement complete with jacuzzi and sauna. The outdoor terraces offer unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains. Meals will be taken as a group in the "Grand Chalet", where you will be treated to the best of Italian cuisine.

GUIDED CYCLING
Reilly Cycling Tours offers challenging cycling every day on the greatest alpine routes of Italy. Many of these climbs have been included in the Giro and the Tour de Suisse. This year's itinerary includes the legendary climbs of the Stelvio, Mortirolo, Umbrail Pass, Passo Aprica, and many others - please see the ride itinerary for more details. All rides are led by RCT's professional cycling guides and program organizers.

SAG WAGONS & MECHANIC
Reilly Cycling Tours has an ever-present sag wagon on every single ride, thus ensuring that guests are comfortable and safe at all times. The sag wagon provides guests with power food, sports drinks, and water bottles throughout the cycling day, and anyone is welcome to jump in at any point to just relax and enjoy the scenery! RCT staff all have training in bicycle mechanics to help you build your bike on the first day, break it down on the last, and provide any mechanical assistance you may need on the road in-between.

OFF THE BIKE
Late afternoons are a time to explore the trails around Livigno, relax and enjoy a glass of wine (and the view!) on the terrace, take photographs of the stunning alpine scenery, or practise your Italian with the locals. The spa in the lower level of each chalet is always open, and we highly recommend using it to soothe your tired muscles at the end of the day. Massage services are available on request.
